Prevention Partnership Coalition
Prevent and Reduce
Substance Misuse
The Prevention Partnership Coalition is committed to preventing and reducing substance misuse among youth and adults in Sandusky County. For more than 20 years, we’ve worked together to build a healthier, safer community—because Prevention Works.
Effective prevention involves all parts of the community. The coalition brings together members from all 12 sectors—including youth, parents, schools, law enforcement, health professionals, and others—to create meaningful change.
We use the Seven Strategies for Community Change, a proven framework that supports both individual and community-wide efforts. By working together, we are creating a comprehensive approach to prevention that gets results.
