No Wrong Door

Social Service systems can be complex and difficult to navigate. The Sandusky County Family & Children First Council and the United Way of Sandusky County invite you to join the No Wrong Door Initiative to ensure that when people are in need they can be connected to services regardless of what agency they call seeking help. No Wrong Door agencies receive education on resources available and customer service training so that staff and clients have comprehensive, streamlined information about the available supports and services.
